About Us
Rocky Mountain Stroke Center has been part of the local community for over 30 years.

We were founded in 1992 by a group of stroke families, physicians, and community volunteers in response to a missing link in the continuum of care for stroke recovery. Currently, we are the only community organization responding to the long-term needs of stroke survivors and their families in Colorado, the only agency in Colorado with a program for young stroke survivors (under age 55), the only agency serving families of survivors, and the only agency offering low-cost, long-term rehabilitation programs.

Our Mission

Rocky Mountain Stroke Center's mission is to provide information, rehabilitation, and support to stroke survivors and their families in Colorado, as well as provide education to the greater community about stroke.
