Programs for stroke survivors are offered at two main locations:

SOUTH LOCATION — 5666 S. Bannock St., Littleton
Art Class
Every Monday, 10:30am-12 noon
 A weekly art class for stroke survivors taught by a local Littleton artist. 
Caregiver Support Group 1st & 3rd Mondays, 1:30pm-3:00pm
Education and support for spouses and caregivers of stroke survivors.
Computer Speech Lab Thursdays, 9:00am-12 noon
Call to schedule
Computer program with assistance for stroke survivors with aphasia (language difficulties).
Gardening Class 1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 1:00pm-2:30pm
How does your garden grow? A little bit of gardening education, a little bit of digging in the dirt, and a lot of fun.
Neurologic Music Therapy 2nd & 4th Tuesdays, 1:00pm-2:30pm
Music classes led by a board-certified music therapist to enhance movement, verbal expression and cognitive skills after stroke.
Occupational Therapy Wednesdays,
10:00am-11:00am and 11:00am-12 noon
Assistance with adapting skills for better living following a stroke.
Physical Therapy Class Tuesdays, 10:00am-11:00am
Wednesdays, 1:00pm-2:00pm, 2:30pm-3:30pm, 3:30pm-4:30pm
Ongoing assistance by a licensed therapist in small therapy classes to increase balance, endurance and mobility.
Pool Therapy Class Thursdays, 11:30am-12:30pm
Buck Community Recreation Center
2004 W. Powers Ave., Littleton
Classes led by a licensed therapist in a warm water pool at a recreation center in Littleton.
Talk Therapy Class 1st & 3rd Fridays, 10:30am-12 noon
A bi-monthly therapy group led by a neuropsychologist to help stroke survivors deal with the emotions of a stroke.
Writing Class 2nd & 4th Mondays, 1:00pm-2:30pm
A small class for those who enjoy writing or talking about their experiences. Writing ability or experience not required.
Young Stroke Survivors Group 1st & 3rd Tuesdays, 6:30pm-8:00pm
A bi-monthly support group for 20-40 year olds who have had a stroke.

to a Full Day on Wednesdays
