Rocky Mountain Stroke Center has developed a Stroke Recovery Kit that contains valuable information in the form of guides, fact sheets, visuals and even low-fat recipes, that will be useful to anyone impacted by stroke, whether your stroke event occurred recently or you are post-stroke for many years.
